gotta say the TURKEY! especially the dark meat 🙂 but i usually put turkey, mooshed tatoes & gravy, corn & stuffing all in a big pile on my plate and mix it all up. YUM! though, most my family can’t watch me eat – heh!

I LOVE making gluten-free stuffing for Thanksgiving. I only do it once a year, so I really “do it up.” I make gluten-free French bread and corn bread, and combine those with sausage, apples, celery, onions, eggs, chicken stock and sage. It’s so good!

Rachael Ray has an outstanding recipe for Apple and Onion Stuffin Muffins. You bake them in a muffin pan so everyone gets some of the browned bits. Mmmmm.
