    oh my word, the whole meal makes me drool. I love sweet potatoes though! Believe it or not, I never had sweet potatoes until 2 years ago, I scolded my mom for never making me eat them before that!

    gotta say the TURKEY! especially the dark meat 🙂 but i usually put turkey, mooshed tatoes & gravy, corn & stuffing all in a big pile on my plate and mix it all up. YUM! though, most my family can’t watch me eat – heh!

    I’m vegetarian and grew up on mostly asian food, but for thanksgiving i LOVE strongly seasoned cubed and roasted sweet potatoes! Onion, garlic, ginger, sprinkled with a little cheese after they come out… like parm

    Mashed potatoes – made with cream cheese. So it’s 5 lbs potatoes – 3 oz (or more if you are me) cream cheese, sour cream (1 cup or more to taste) and garlic salt and pepper. Nom!

    I LOVE making gluten-free stuffing for Thanksgiving. I only do it once a year, so I really “do it up.” I make gluten-free French bread and corn bread, and combine those with sausage, apples, celery, onions, eggs, chicken stock and sage. It’s so good!
