My husband managed to keep our 2-year-old daughter happy and entertained during our 24-week ultrasound, and persuaded her that her baby brother was just playing peek-a-boo when we couldn’t see much of his face! He did such a good job with her today, considering how upset she’s been at earlier appts (she’s nervous about doctors and anyone touching Mommy!). But, now she says her baby brother plays peek-a-boo with her. 🙂

One of my favorite books of all time is ‘Alice in Wonderland’. For Valentine’s Day my husband got our kids together ( 2yrs & 6 mons). He gave my son a paint brush with red paint. He dipped my daughters hands in red paint. He then gave them white roses to play with. For Valentines day my kids “painted the roses red.” they are beautiful & accompanied by a card in which they are portrayed as playing cards (2 & 6 of hearts of course). I was shocked & delighted to find them.
