  23. Rebecca S. replied:

  40. Tiffany replied:

open a store in columbus, ohio ๐Ÿ˜‰

  41. Emily replied:

Carry kissaluvs size 1 in unbleached. I was bummed when I saw you didn’t have them. Also, carrying sbish would be really awesome, but I think you’re already on that!

    • abbyslane replied:

We will restock soon, we are just out for about another two weeks ๐Ÿ™‚ The SBish are coming!

  42. Sarah A replied:

I honestly don’t know. I just recently discovered you, so maybe advertise more. However, I’ve only been in the “business” of finding new online baby-stuff stores for a few months.

  43. Brian replied:

    Website overhaul.

  44. Elisha replied:

Hehe… I have to agree with Brian, since I’m in MD… but to be honest, I love everything about you. I know you are planning a facelift for the site(??), so that’s the only thing that would be rocking with some tweaks.

  45. Andrea replied:

    fancier website

  46. Kara C. replied:

Make the weather better so I can brave the two hour drive to go to your store! ๐Ÿ™‚ Otherwise everything is perfect.

    • Adrian replied:

LOL! We’ll get on that right away!

  47. Susan M replied:

I wish the registry was a little more user friendly…like all on one page and if something was out of stock it would say out of stock instead of the opiton buttons showing up (?does that make sense>?!) I know, that isn’t much, but really y’all are great!

  48. Amanda Fisher replied:

Um…put a sign on the outside of your Brick and Mortar store! But you’re already doing that soon…so…yeah.

    • abbyslane replied:

Signs are expeeeeeennnnsssiiiivveeee. Ugh-we have to get a specific one to comply with our lease, we are slowly saving our pennies ๐Ÿ™‚ I hate buying a sign when I want to add so many new diapers ๐Ÿ™‚

  52. Lisa Pickens replied:

  53. Amber Eaton replied:

    More wool options!

  54. Katie Palmer replied:

Stop being tempting for me to spend more money!

  55. Crystal replied:

I can’t think of anything…maybe jazz up the website a little…that’s all though!

  56. Sabrina Radke replied:

Open a store in Carmel, IN and I will help you run it! A girl can dream right?

  57. Cat replied:

In the sale items tab, once you click on it, I’d like to be able to sort by type of item….instead you have to search each page. I like sales so I frequent this page and if I could browse more quickly that would be TERRIFIC!

    Otherwise you rock!!!

  58. Carrie Warner replied:

    Cheaper prices!! ๐Ÿ™‚ Just kidding!!
Nothing comes to mind! You are awesome!! ๐Ÿ™‚

  59. Kari replied:

Some of the products on the website are not easy to find, but that is the only thing I can think of.

  60. Hillary Wenrich replied:

Maybe more flushable liners? That’s what i find myself buying consistently..

  61. Rachel Hockey replied:

The website could use a little help… (my husband write code, he must be rubbing off on me!).

  62. cindi replied:

    NOTHING

  63. Tracy replied:

More blog chats? He-he! Really, I don’t have any suggestions for improvement, you’re great already!

  64. Kelli replied:

More pictures on your website of babies wearing the diapers and covers. Include their age and weight so that we can see the fit. Your own reviews would be great too.

  65. Rebecca M. replied:

Nothing that I can think of. ๐Ÿ™‚

  66. Lisa A replied:

I would love to see all the sale/clearance items grouped together by item/brand, as opposed to all under the same heading. It would make it easier to navigate instead of having to look through the whole section before finding the one item you want! ๐Ÿ™‚ Just sayin’… ๐Ÿ™‚

  67. Debbie M replied:

Open a store in Orange County, CA…we are seriously in need!!!

  68. Amanda O. replied:

Nothing really. I would say to make it easier to access an account with our past orders and our Abby’s Lane Dollars, but I remember you saying that it is coming.

  69. Jason replied:

    Not sure

  70. Dorsha replied:

Ehh not waiting till ten pm to do blog thinggies.. ~Giggles~ No I love you guys.. great customer service, fast free shipping… good prices

  72. Mary M replied:

hhmm……trying to think about something……it is just too late to come up with something! Sorry.

  73. Sarah G. replied:

Nothing really that I can think of, except it would be nice if you had a more prominent link or something to Abby’s Lane on this blog. ๐Ÿ™‚

  74. amanda trach replied:

Add more product. ๐Ÿ™‚ maybe make a boy, girl, and gender nuetral link for odds and ends, little gift baskets for a new baby, or have a make ur own gift basket where the customer gets to pick from a selection of items for a new mom or new baby.

  75. Janelle replied:

    Have more baby carriers. ๐Ÿ™‚

  76. sroudabush replied:

Hmm thats a hard one. How about have a store in cali…lol..I can dream.

  78. Adrian replied:

    More fun blog chats! ๐Ÿ™‚

  79. Rebecca replied:

My only suggestion is something that you already have underway — an improved gift registry online. I can’t wait to see the new website and registry when they’re active!

  80. kayla p replied:

more advice on getting started, especially on benefits of diff kinds and things like cloth wpes etc..

  81. Sara T. replied:

On the website I’d like to be able to click on an item’s picture to make it larger. Other than that-nothing!

  82. Misty Brammer replied:

Send tracking numbers with the shipment email would be nice.

  83. Kim replied:

Come to Indy! lol- we NEED diapering options, here!

  84. Kelli T replied:

It would be nice to see some sales on diapers. I’m new to Abby’s lane, so maybe this is something you already do.

  85. Masina replied:

    No complaints.

  86. sarah shult replied:

I am new here & new to cloth diapering. This blog is great!!!

  87. Phillip replied:

    Nothing!

  88. Alisha L. replied:

I think you should open up a store in Jacksonville, FL..There is a serious lack of Cloth Diaper stores here, other then that Perfect ๐Ÿ™‚

    bakergurl02 @ yahoo.com

  89. Amy replied:

Website could be less cluttered on the front page.

  90. Brandi Elam replied:

I can’t think of any ways right now!

  91. Amanda Schwoch replied:

I would update the website a bit

  92. Val replied:

I second the website “face lift”. You guys do an awesome job, but your website could reflect it better.

  93. Nikki replied:

Just keep adding great products to your line up ๐Ÿ™‚ ngiraldi @ gmail . com

  94. Amanda Stallman replied:

    used diapers would be nice

  95. Jennifer Ratza replied:

    Blueberry trainers?

  96. Jaime replied:

A MD location would be great ๐Ÿ˜‰

  97. Mike Mo replied:

    You are perfect as is.

  98. Kari M replied:

truthfully the site and blog are a bit dullsville… but then i almost like that because the name of the blog is “it’s the cloth that counts”… haha i almost find it suitable… or clever.

  99. Holly replied:

Carry some woven wraps, a message board in the Manassas store where people can post their used diapers for sale.

  100. Lindsay J replied:

    Seriously Nothing!!!
But if I have to say…wish you’d have a store closer to me, I feel left out w/ the new store opening, wish I cuold be there!

  101. Tiffany U replied:

A gently used board??? Carry weehuggers?? ๐Ÿ™‚

  102. BobbieG replied:

Just found you guys so none that I know of!

  103. Tricia replied:

    A used/diaper buy back program.

  104. Kayla Hurley Wetzel replied:

    nothing =]

  105. Leah replied:

Maybe more of a variety of mama pads?

  106. Rachel Obrokta replied:

I would love to see more customer reviews. Although…I guess that is actually constructive critiscm for all of us fans!

  107. Rosalie A. replied:

    offer some better nursing pads

  108. Ruth B replied:

Open a store in kansas. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  109. Carli replied:

A store in either Manhattan, KS or Cleveland, OH ๐Ÿ™‚

  110. Emily replied:

The homepage could probably use a facelift, but otherwise you are great!

  111. Heather T replied:

I love you the way you are…I guess the website, but I think you are already working on a new one.

  112. Natalie replied:

I would say have some of the more inexpensive diapers since I in all honesty can’t afford $15.00 a diaper other than that I have no complaints

  113. MamaB replied:

I think reviews online from your staff on diapers they enjoy and what works best for them, its hard for me to trust opinions of other buyers because maybe there was something wrong with the user not the product.

  114. Jannell replied:

A search option on the sale items

  115. lindsey yost replied:

A block for people that already spend way too much money there? LOL…I’m guessing not. You guys are fabulous. Dont change!

  116. Jenny replied:

Having some sort of glossary on the website would be helpful. I have figured out the CD world a little better now, but initially I had trouble even knowing what the differences were between different kinds of diapers- AIOs, prefolds, covers, etc.

  117. Sara G. replied:

    Open a store in Maryland.

  118. Meg replied:

Easier to use and navigate the website

  119. Misty Pavlovich replied:

    Can’t think of anything!

  120. Matt Sherman replied:

I agree about being able to pick an item such as SHOES in the sale category rather than having to look through it all

  121. Adam replied:

More babywearing options. My wife is always looking for wraps on thebabywearer.com.

  122. Lori Page replied:

Some products are hard to find from the side navigation. Like Softbums echo. I would think it would be under one-size diaper and it isn’t.

  123. Alexis replied:

more brick and mortar stores ๐Ÿ™‚ but its something to strive for, and i’m happy to drive out to Manassas, traffic is a breeze during the week during the day. ๐Ÿ™‚

  124. Jake replied:

Nothing, my wife seems to find what she wants without any issues.

  125. Sarah Mall-Pavich replied:

Easier to see your Abby’s Lane $$ balance for sure.

  126. Brittany B replied:

I don’t have any complaints because I know you guys are changing it soon, but I think the website is due for some updating.

  127. Heather R. replied:

Would love to see more items for baby, like A + A blankets, etc.

  128. Jessica Roberson replied:

maybe carry more nursing bras? I’d like to be able to buy those from you, too.

  129. Gina replied:

    Larger store?? ๐Ÿ™‚

  130. Jennifer Allison replied:

I’d like to see a Newborn package with different types/brands of diapers

  131. Stephanie replied:

More reviews of products and would love emails with weekly/monthly specials and promotions or spotlight on new products!

  132. Jaime Nicholson replied:

    more baby stuff

  133. Elizabeth replied:

Open more stores:) Especially in IL:)

  134. Karen replied:

How about moving to my town, so I can shop with you personally? =)

  135. Jennifer Sherman replied:

Ability to earn “dollars” for reviews

  136. Kim replied:

    A store in TX!

  137. absolutelyadequate replied:

    A storefront in Austin ๐Ÿ™‚

  138. Chris roberts replied:

    nothing yall are the best!

  139. Lori W replied:

Some diapering sessions at different times, perhaps at the store, would be great. But it’s tough to come up with any!

    • Adrian replied:

we have them regularly there now. Keep an eye on the VA/DC/MD tab for dates. March’s schedule will be up soon!

  140. Jennifer replied:

‘sales’ page could be by category to aid in quick perusal, but that’s just minor ๐Ÿ™‚

  141. Megan replied:

I like the newborn idea ๐Ÿ™‚

Honestly I cannot think of anything though.

  142. Lauren replied:

    Nothing

  143. Madeline replied:

Add a link to your store on this blog!

  144. Jenny H replied:

    Website redesign

  145. Sarah Hull replied:

I would love a brick and mortar store in southern CA! Other than that though, I think maybe a bit of a face-life to the blog looks-wise and more reviews for your products (I find those especially helpful when I am trying to decide whether or not to buy a new product) Maybe 2 sections of review- staff reviews and customer reviews.

  146. Janet replied:

Real life pictures. Sometimes the colors on the computer and the colors in real life are different.

  147. Jessica Lister replied:

You should carry EC products, like little potties.

  148. Cynthia Hegarty replied:

I’d like to see fb sales codes that are more than 5 %

  149. Erin Becker replied:

I can’t think of anything negative to say about my interactions with you! I would love for you to open a store in Milwaukee though…can I apply for a job now?

  150. Stephanie Gaffney replied:

I like to browse through the sales page, but I find it a little bit annoying to have to see the same product listed many times by size and color. It would be easier to browse if products were all grouped together, like all the shoes together and then all the types of diapers grouped together (like all the tiny tush diapers together, rather than many listings for all the various colors).
I also REALLY think you start selling the Milkies Milksavers…one of my favorite products!

  151. Becky replied:

    open a store in Kansas?

  152. Veronica replied:

    no Store in SC

  153. Cara replied:

I think you are doing a great job! For some reason the way the left side navigation on your website is set up is hard for me to read. I always have to read through it a few times to find the right place to go.

  154. Laura replied:

    litewrap covers.

  155. Rachel Leslie replied:

    no complaints here

  156. Natalie H replied:

The website could use a bit of sprucing up, though it definitely functions for what I need it to ๐Ÿ™‚

  157. Chrissy P replied:

    Nothing to complain about here!

  158. Heidi J replied:

A more updated website would be nice, more drop down menus and boxes would be nice so there isn’t so much clicking.

  159. Sarah W replied:

Um, nothing! (Maybe opening another store)!

  160. Patricia Hinson replied:

I say, NOTHING! You guys do a wonderful job! ๐Ÿ™‚

  161. Stef replied:

Spice up your blog. More colors.

  162. Aubrey G replied:

I really wish you carried Grandma El’s rash cream and also Lulu’s In The Fluff detergent.

  163. Jessica replied:

stock up on that mama cloth! & bring a store to the East coast!! ๐Ÿ˜‰

  164. Andria replied:

    come to houston!

  165. sarah j replied:

Open a store in KS!! ๐Ÿ™‚ The biggest city in the state doesn’t even have a cloth diaper store yet. One is opening but it definitely is NOT Abby’s Lane! Poor selection, customer service & their prices aren’t competitive.

  166. Ash replied:

    Offer discounts and good deals.

  167. Kara D replied:

I would like a “newborns tab” to feature all the siapers you can use on the brand spankin newborns (aka has umbilical dord help ๐Ÿ˜‰

  168. Tiffany W. replied:

    Store in AL!

  169. Kristy D replied:

    Move to Louisiana ๐Ÿ˜‰

  170. Mary replied:

Is there a way to have a ‘view all’ option when scrolling through pages? I like to look at the clearance section, but hate having to click through all of the pages. If I could just click a ‘view all’ button, it’d be much easier to scan over everything!

  171. Tami Brewer replied:

Can’t think of any improvements. However it takes me forever to browse the site because I have dial-up. AARGH the one bummer about living in the country.

  172. Nina replied:

Lol, I couldn’t think of anything b/c I really do love Abby’s Lane but I saw another post “move to MD” and can’t help but second it since I’m a Marylander myself. ๐Ÿ™‚

  173. Sandra T replied:

carry woven wraps, and more options for rash cream

  174. Tara replied:

    free shipping to Canada? ๐Ÿ™‚

  175. Bridgett Zaidi replied:

newborn tab would be great. I didn’t start CD from birth so with my next baby I would need some help finding good stuff to fit at the itty bitty stage.

  176. stampedwithgrace replied:

more reviews of products. but since we have to do that, maybe you could have a giveaway and we get an entry for every review we leave ๐Ÿ™‚

  177. Ariana replied:

    Nothing, really like your site

  178. Laura Dunne replied:

More giveaways or coupon codes! ๐Ÿ™‚

  179. Rebecca L replied:

    nothing, you guys are great.

  180. amanda alvarado replied:

I agree with Christine. Move to south Texas! LOL

  181. Jaime replied:

it’s kind of hard to go through the sale items…wish there was a better way to sort through them, or view more items per page

  182. Van replied:

I tried to search something and it didn’t come up even tho you had it. I finally found it, just used less words

  183. Sally Clark replied:

    Website cleanup:)

  184. Tammy Roby replied:

The only thing I can think of is maybe update the blog to look more modern.

  185. Alisha S replied:

I hate this question every time because you guys are so great. Come to the west coast!!! specifically Portland!

  186. Corban replied:

open a store closer to me!

  187. Jennifer W. replied:

Nothing! You and your staff are fantastic. I don’t buy anywhere else if I can help it. I think the only thing I’ve purchased anywhere else lately were some bummis original covers. But really, you can’t carry EVERYTHING. That would be impossible! I have been extremely happy with customer service, variety of products offered, etc. You guys rock!

  188. KC replied:

carry the BG replacement tabs that are $1

  189. Mike Brown replied:

    Nothing

  190. Chelsey replied:

I can’t think of anything. I think the “cloth 101” section is great ๐Ÿ™‚

  191. Saph @ Frugal Wife Blog replied:

    nothing I can think of

  192. Sarah J replied:

The only thing I can think of is for items that don’t have any customer reviews yet you could add reviews by staff to help customers make decisions about purchasing.

  193. Brian replied:

    Impossible to improve…perfect

  194. Kayla replied:

Better website/checkout. Not just saying it cause I’d be more than happy to help you with that!

  195. Toni George replied:

    You’re awesome as it is!

  196. Robbi replied:

    general website update

  197. Lisa replied:

Higher value coupon codes is the only thing I can think of.

  198. Joel replied:

    More sales?

  199. Miranda Thomas replied:

Can’t think of anything at the moment. ๐Ÿ™‚

  200. Meg replied:

Some changes to the website to make it easier to navigate, maybe … the sale section can be a beast to get through!

  201. Linda replied:

    I can’t think of anything!

  202. Danielle replied:

I second move to MD hehe. You are a great company. The one thing that I would suggest is being able to itemize sale items on your website. For instance, being able to select sale items and then looking at only diapers w/o having to search through pages of shoes first.

  203. Nicole replied:

Bring back the AppleCheeks! Look into carrying HempBabies Little Weeds and doublers.

  204. jolie newman replied:

I love your facebook page and the sales/giveaways you offer and the FREE shipping!FABULOUS!!! Great customer service too!

  205. Karin replied:

    Can you move here? ๐Ÿ™‚

I think the search is a little cumbersome if it returns lots of results. For example, if I type in “thirsties” I get a ton of individual results (like all the colors/sizes of the small size covers, then colors/sizes of medium, etc). But if I go to the thirsties page it’s organized so nicely, it’d be great if the search was smart enough to bring me to the category page if there was an exact match. Only thing I can think of off the top of my head and it’s so minor!

  206. Sarah R replied:

The registry could use some polishing ๐Ÿ™‚

  207. Amy Robinson replied:

    Move to Ottawa

  208. Ryan K replied:

    no suggestions

  209. One Southern Girl replied:

Hmmm… well, besides moving to GA (preferably near me… LOL!). Diaper measurements would be really handy. I’m cd’ing my 6 yo brother with DS and picking diapers that fit can be really difficult for an older child.

  210. April G replied:

video classes on various mommy topics, and open more stores (preferrable one in Michigan!)

  211. Cyndi A replied:

Trying to get more customer reviews

  212. Lynda replied:

  272. Vered M replied:

International shipping – I wish you had the option of first class int’l shipping which is quite affordable (yes, I know it’s untrackable, you could have people agree to knowing that). And I’d like your cart to be able to give int’l shipping fees. I know of quite a few that have this option, like The Nappy Shoppe, Mom’s Milk Boutique and others.
